COME BACK
SKF / LINCOLN CENTRALIZED LUBRICATION SYSTEMS
Lincoln Lubrication Systems reduce friction and wear; thereby, decreasing maintenance costs, improving productivity, ensuring a higher level of safety and contribution to the environment.

Centralized automatic lubrication systems are an effective way to increase machine availability while reducing reliance on scarce talent. These systems provide the appropriate lubrication quantity at the correct intervals, minimizing friction and wear and optimizing bearing and machinery service life.

Designed to lubricate individual machines or complete plants, automatic lubrication systems provide proper, precise lubricant replenishment to all required points, enabling a range of benefits in the process.

Lincoln develops and manufactures all kinds of lubrication systems, both with automatic and manual supply of lubricant  – liquid or grease  – directly to friction points.

QUICKLUB − STANDARD LUBRICATION SYSTEM

A pump (grease gun or automatic) delivers lubricant to a Quicklub valve(s) that incorporates a series of metering pistons which accurately dispenses lubricant from each outlet. The metering valve can be cross ported to supply a variety of bearing sizes. Quicklub valves work with grease or oil.

The Lincoln Quicklub pump is the standard lubrication pump for all applications. Quicklub pumps supply small to mid-sized machines and systems with up to 250 lube points.

The Lincoln Quicklub system is designed to provide a relatively simple and inexpensive method of centralizing or automating the lubrication of machinery bearings. Quicklub can be a simple, centralized system with lubricant supplied manually from a lever gun. Pre-assembled kits are available to service up to 12 points from a single grease itting.

Quicklub can also be a fully automated system with lubricant supplied by our 12VDC and 24VDC electric or pneumatic pumps. An automated lubrication system typically dispenses small measured amounts of lubricant at frequent intervals while production machines are operating. The electric pumps incorporate an integrated timer for easy installation and trouble-free operation.

P233 − QUICKLUB GREASE PUMP WITH DATA MEMORY AND DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE QUICKDATA 2.0

The reliable Quicklub Series P 233 grease pumps and the compact QLS 331 version are now equipped with data logger QuickData.

The 233 centralized lubrication pump is a powerful and robust compact multi-line pump that can drive up to three elements and is used in progressive (Quicklub or Modular Lube) automated lubrication systems. The 233 is ideal for mobile applications, rental machines and construction machines. Versatile, compact and economical, this pump is enhanced with low-level control, printed circuit board MDF01 with attached data logger module and a keypad with display.

The QuickData software is updated and all data can be read out by using an of the-shelf, infared IrDa-to-USB adapter. All indications enable the users to draw their conclusions regarding the condition, function, reliability, usability and duration of service of the machine or the device. All information can be analyzed and documented and is then available as a written protocol.

SSV / SSVL PROGRESSIVE METERING DEVICES

The SSV Divider Valve is the “heart” of a manual or automated Quicklub system.

Application

Lincoln offers the perfect complement to the Quicklub grease pump, the progressive SSV distributor.

Advantages

SSV valves are presented in a reliable block design. They have an exact fit to the piston group without the rubber seal being subject to frequent damage. Therefore, they can also be used at high differential pressures. SSV valves also work at extreme temperatures (from - 40°C to + 100°C).

System features

The SSV valve is available in a stainless steel version, with bulb detector for electrical control, test pin for optical control, and a flanged distributor.

SSV-D METERING DEVICES

The first truly dosing progressive lubricant dispensers − an extended product range.

SSV-D metering devices are adjustable per outlet pair, thus enabling lubricant requirements to be better met. The metering occurs within the block via metering screws that are available in ten different outputs.

The SSV-D can be integrated into system using standard SSV metering devices. Both metering device types also use the same components such as piston detector and outlet closure plugs.

The SSVM Divider Valve is smaller in overall size than the SSV series and provides smaller volume output per outlet. Available with six to 12 outlets, the SSVM series valve is used primarily in oil system applications.

MULTI-LINE PUMPS Р 205 & Р 215

Multi-line pumps for stationary machines and installations. They are used in machines with medium lubrication requirements. Also designed to provide continuous lubrication.

The P 205 high-pressure, multi-line pump can supply lubricant directly to lubrication points or can be used as a centralized lubrication pump in large-sized progressive systems.

It can drive up to five elements, which are available in varying sizes for optimum adjustability. The pump’s drive and eccentric shaft design, high-efficiency worm gear, minimal number of parts and multi-range motor provide several advantages.

P 205 pumps are available with a three-phase flange mount and multi-range motor or with a free shaft end for use with other motors. Various gear ratios and reservoir sizes with or without level control are offered.

P 215 pumps are available with a three-phase, multi-range motor, with a single-range motor, with a free shaft end for use with other motors, or with an oscillating drive. Various gear ratios and reservoirs of different sizes and materials are available The reservoirs are suitable for both grease and oil and are offered with or without level control.

CENTROMATIC SYSTEM

Single-line lubrication systems for oil and fluid grease

Air-Operated

Actuated automatically by compressed air at various pre-determined intervals. An air-operated pump delivers lubricant to the injectors. When all injectors have cycled, the pump shuts off automatically and vents lubricant pressure. Available with automatic, manual or mechanical controls.

Electric

Used where compressed air is not available, or electrical operation is preferred. Totally enclosed motor supplies the power requirements of the pumping mechanism. Time control is adjustable to provide predetermined frequency of lubrication.

Manual

Designed for smaller, individual machines, manual systems provide a low-cost, efficient method of distributing lubricant to the injectors. Cycling a complete bank of injectors takes only a few seconds. In manually operated systems, the lubricant pump is hand operated and the machine operator performs the lubrication intervals.

Hydraulic

A complete hydraulically powered pumping unit for centralized lubrication of individual machines. Usually installed on machinery such as coal mining and earth moving equipment which utilize a hydraulic pressure system. The frequency of the lubrication cycle can be set manually or by mechanical or automatic controls.
