POWDER SYSTEMS

SAFEMENT HEAVY-DUTY powder systems use ABC DRY POWDER SAF-UL-ABC 90% high performance extinguishing powder. ABC powder is effective for extinguishing ABC class fires up to 1000V.

The operating temperature is from -60 ℃ to +60 ℃.

Provide the most effective fire suppression.  The principle of operation of powder systems is based on filling a volume (e.g. the engine compartment of a vehicle) to extinguish a flame. SAFEMENT HEAVY-DUTY powder systems ensure rapid fire suppression.

SAFEMENT HEAVY-DUTY powder systems are available in the following assortment: 10, 15, 30, 60, 90 kg.

LIQUID SYSTEMS

SAFEMENT HEAVY-DUTY systems use environmentally friendly extinguishing liquid (fluorine-free). The operating temperature is from -50 ℃ to +50 ℃. 

Quickly suppresses fire, cools components and creates a film to prevent re-ignition.

SAFEMENT HEAVY-DUTY liquid systems are available in the following assortment: 25, 50, 75 liters.

COMBINED SYSTEMS

SAFEMENT HEAVY-DUTY combined systems consist of powder and liquid. The system combines rapid fire suppression due to full filling of the volume with powder and rapid cooling due to liquid. Using a combined system is the ultimate in equipment protection.

Operating principle

Principle of operation of an automatic fire protection system

1. Monitoring

- The fire protection system performs continuous monitoring in the protected area of the vehicle.

2. Detection

- When a fire occurs in the protected area, the fire protection system detectors detect an increase in temperature.

3. Control

- The control panel of the fire protection system provides the operator with a light and sound notification of the fire.

4. Activation

- The operator can activate the fire protection system in manual mode.

- At the end of the set activation delay time, the fire protection system will automatically activate.

5. Extinguishing

- Nitrogen from the cartridge flows into the tank and provides extinguishing agents to the protected area through stationary nozzles.

6. Refilling

- After the fire protection system has been activated, it is necessary to refill it for further operation.
